Scholastic Book Fair
The PTA holds a Scholastic Book Fairs every Fall and Spring. All classes visit the Book Fair at some point during the week, and students (and parents) are welcome to come by before or after school hours, or during lunch/recess as long as students have a pass! See our book fair schedule below for hours, information about family nights, or evenings with extended hours.
gallop to the Media Center and let your imagination grow at the RCES enchanted forest BOOK FAIR!
Once upon a time, there was an ENCHANTED FOREST BOOK FAIR. It opened on Monday, October 15th, and ran through Friday, October 19th. Dragons, fairies and unicorns flocked to the Media Center before, during and after school, and they all read happily ever after!

Part of the funds collected during the coin drive will be given to the principal of this school to shop our Book Fair to add to their classrooms & media center. The class with the most donations will win a Pizza Party! The top 3 classes will have the opportunity to meet the partnered school principal and help them choose books for their school.
|Tuesday, October 16 4:00-6:00||Grandparents Day! Bring Your Grandparents to Book Fair for Guest Readers, Italian Ice Truck, and Books Galore!|
Lots of opportunities are available, from running the registers to helping students find books. It's fun and easy, and our Book Fair Captains are happy to train anyone new.
Attention SSL Students: You must sign up to volunteer! Just a reminder that there are a number of volunteer jobs so you may not be on the register the whole time.
Donate your extra change or purchase raffle tickets, pencil-grams and lollipops to contribute to the All for Books program. Funds collected through All for Books are used to give more students the opportunity to participate in the Book Fair, and to add new books to the media center and classroom libraries. Turn dollars and coins into books and smiles! See all of our All for Books activities in this flyer.
Can't make it to the Book Fair? Shop online! The online book fair will be open from October 15-31st.
